These terms.
These terms cover the Golden Delta apps for iPhone, iPad and Android, the website goldendelta.app and the Golden Delta Pro subscription. By installing or using Golden Delta you agree to them. The privacy policy explains what data the app sends and to whom.
Golden Delta Pro.
Pro is an auto-renewing subscription, monthly or yearly, sold in the iPhone, iPad and Android apps. The Pro screen lists what Pro includes and shows each plan's price in your currency before you buy. The App Store or Google Play takes the payment from the store account you buy with, under its own terms. You need no Golden Delta account to buy. Sign in afterwards to use Pro on your other devices.
Free trial.
A new subscriber gets the first 7 days free. The store decides who is eligible: one trial per store account. Unless you cancel, the store charges the plan's price when the trial ends, and Pro renews from then on. To avoid the charge, cancel before the trial ends; on the App Store, at least 24 hours before. If you allow notifications, the app reminds you on day 5.
Renewal and cancelling.
Pro renews automatically at the end of each month or year, at the price you agreed to, until you cancel. The App Store renews it unless you cancel more than 24 hours before the current period ends. To cancel on iPhone or iPad, open Settings → your name → Subscriptions. On Android, open Google Play → your profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Manage subscription on the Pro screen opens the same place. After you cancel, Pro stays on until the end of the period you paid for. Deleting the app or your Golden Delta account does not cancel the subscription. If the price changes, the store tells you first and, where the law or its rules require, asks you to agree.
Refunds.
The store you paid handles refunds under its rules: Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com, Google Play through its refund request page. We cannot refund an App Store payment ourselves. For a Google Play purchase more than 48 hours old, email us. Nothing in these terms limits the refund or withdrawal rights the consumer law of your country gives you.
Free-month codes.
We sometimes give out codes for a free month of Pro. On iPhone and iPad a code is an App Store offer code: redeem it on the Pro screen or in the App Store. Each Apple account can use a given offer once. On Android, sign in and enter the code on the Pro screen; a code redeemed while Pro is on adds 30 days to its end. A month from a code ends without a charge. To keep Pro after it, subscribe. Codes have no cash value, cannot be sold or exchanged, and can expire.
When Pro ends.
When a subscription, trial or code month ends, the Pro features lock again. Nothing you made with Pro is removed: exported videos stay as they are, and training already in your account stays readable. New training stops reaching your account until Pro is on again.
Licence.
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Golden Delta on devices you own or control. The app and its content, including the detection models, designs and brand, stay ours. You may not rent, lend, sell, redistribute or sublicense the app. You may not copy, decompile, reverse-engineer or modify it, except where the law allows this despite these terms, or get around Pro checks or codes. The licence ends automatically if you break these terms; then stop using the app and delete it.
Your videos and results.
Your videos, and the exports and cards you make from them, are yours. The app processes them on your device and does not send them to us. Match results the app reads, for example from PractiScore, belong to whoever published them.
Other services.
The app opens pages and services run by other companies: PractiScore, the App Store, Google Play, and sign-in with Apple or Google. Their own terms apply to them, and we are not responsible for their content or availability.
No warranty.
Golden Delta is provided as is and as available. Shot detection, splits, sync and hit factors are estimates and can be wrong; do not use them for official scoring. The app never replaces range safety rules. To the extent the law allows, we give no warranty of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Limitation of liability.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost data, profit or business, that come from using Golden Delta. Our total liability to you is the greater of 50 US dollars and what you paid for Pro in the 12 months before the claim. Some countries do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
App Store and Google Play.
If you got the app from the App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. Where it and these terms describe the licence differently, Apple's agreement wins. Purchases in the App Store and Google Play are also governed by the store's own terms.
Law.
Ukrainian law governs these terms. If you live in another country, its mandatory consumer protections still apply, and you may bring a claim in its courts. Use the app only where the law allows it, including export control and sanctions rules.
Changes.
We update this page and its date when the terms change. Using Golden Delta after a change means you accept the new terms.
